COFFEE FILTER BOX

Hello my Lovelies, I was going to save this post for wed. but my desk is full of a new project, so onto the box...

                                 Remember this....

I podged  over it too, now can you see all the gorgeous design, every piece is different
I tape the inside also with masking tape, then painted it white, then podged the filters on
After I saw Miss Alison's ATB here I know most of you Ladies have seen it if not please have a look, I feel in love with it. I thought how beautiful those wildflowers would look on the coffee filters, so I stamped them on all the filter inside. Then I ran out of coffee filter
with all those empty white spaces, what to do know....
I remembered ( short memory span :) ) I was going to use those dictionary pages, but they were to white, so I tore a bunch more out, ripped them into a rough square, then into triangles, rubbed them with Tim's gathered twig, crumpled them, ran the ink pad across them, then ironed them flat and filled in all the empty spaces.

SQUAWK, loooooove how it turned out, thanks Miss Alison, I still have to tape all the fold together make it all tight and snug. I have 2 BD coming up so I have to do something in every slot, something that will still show the design, I've been thinking for a few day. so I'm going to start a wreath a Lady from water fit gave me to redecorate an all season one, some thing might pop in my Magpie brain while I'm working on that, lets hope :O)... I'm off to my desk and will fly around after the sun goes down, most birds don't fly at night but I have a bit of Bat in me, I like the night, no sun :)....

Thanks so much for stopping by my nest, your visits brighten my world, it's finally feeling like spring the snow is almost all gone, we can see everyone's grass I have all my windows open, I can hear my kin outside singing  :):):) ... Hope you all have a wonderful day, ((( BIG HUGS)))...

                                     NAMASTE!!!

Wow - it looks absolutely magical, Dianne! So glad you found some inspiration from my ATB - thank you for your lovely words - but you've flown high and wide in your own style with it, and it looks just gorgeous!! Love how the book pages slot in between, and the subtle shades of brown are so glorious together. Bravo!
