A WALK ALONG BLACK WALNUT ALLEY...

Hello my Lovely's I wanted to share a beautiful
fall walk I went on with my DS Sue and my friends
Tonnience and Sheila. It's called this but I named it
black walnut alley, you see why :O)..

A big old knotty tree home for a few bird families. 

It runs along the grand river in Caledonia

                   http://www.grandriver.ca/, the river is muddy

                 People fish at the dam and they even have a dinner

                 cruise you can go on, which stops at a Native shop..

As we walked all we could hear is thump, thump,
thump, we had to watch the falling walnuts didn't
hit us on the head, you can see a few up close.

These trees were all along the path bombarding us.. 

Sue went to see if she could find some Fairies in
there, we thought we could see something shiny:).

FALL WALK

The trees had beautiful red vines growing all over them

Stunnig against  the pale blue sky...

I don't know what these are but they are so delicately
beautiful.

The Sumac's are all over, they line the country roads,
their flaming reds, yellow and oranges are brilliant..
The reddish purple pods are excellent to dye with..

The burning maples..

One of my favorites milk pods, I have used them a lot in my wreaths, fairy wings, I love them...

I'd Like To Live Here

 

 

 

I saw the red barn in the distance, saw a few
apple trees, a lovely marsh leading to the red barns,
nice I thought.
Pool out side the lovely barn..
Yahhh I'd like to live there.
I always wanted to live in the country side..

Its kinda hard when your going at least 60 ks,
not to bad though..

Everywhere I looked there was so many shades
Of red green yellow, Stunning stuff. Back later
 with more pics and I have been busy making
Christmas gifts. I have only till Nov 8th to finish
all my stuff. I have to go for another
small operation. Then I'll be done..

When I saw all these red beauties, I knew
I wouldn't see a greater site of fall:):)
 It was a great drive well
 a little to fast, but I got some great pics...
