Hello my Lovelies, I'm busy like crazy, I made another envelope card for my niece Kim, she is the same age as my youngest DS, we have always been real close, always going for Dim Sum, having coffee at Starbucks, she lives in Edmonton now and will be here this week, we are going on another road trip up north to her visit her Dad at his cottage and then to see her Mom my DS, at her cottage, leaving Thurs. morning coming back on Sat, I can't wait. It's my DS Shirley BD so I am working on a ATB, I'm going to try to make it look like her Humming bird cottage. I won't forget to take my camera this time...
This is for our favorite coffee time, used a cup holder....
Cut out some Queen of hearts cards, we always called her Queenie she is always so proper, the kisses are tissues paper...
For the front I used my tea stained water color paper, sponged all over with the die cut, added some rock candy to it, then used it for the backing of the flower with a crocheted piece and a tiny cloth flower for the center, stamped a post love stamp, added some of my favorite sentiments, I know I use them all the time, I knew I would when I won them, I do love them so....
I made her a book mark with a dangly added, love that stamp for book marks, used Tim's rusty hinge and olive paint for the background..
I used some map paper since she is a traveler and the lovely creative stamps.Edged it with Inca gold...
Thank you for visiting my nest, sorry I haven't been around much, I'm almost finished the dragons dreams tag, I'll post that before I leave and have till wed night to finish my ATB, and will get in as many visit as I can. Hope you all have a wonderful week, ((( BIG HUGS )))....
NAMASTE!!!

Ooh, you must be so excited about the coming trip! I do so hope you have a wonderful time, Dianne. I remember hearing about Humming Bird Cottage. I just love that name! I love all you have done on this beautiful post. You use those sentiments and the PaperArtsy stamp so beautifully; but, Dianne, the most important thing is that so much of your dear heart goes into everything you create. All you do has stories and love woven into it! How lovely those coffee cups look too. They remind me of warmth and shared times with those we love, have a happy time, dear Magpie Cousin! xxx
This is fabulous! Such detail - I'm sure your niece will love this! Enjoy your time away! Chrisx
