GETTING CLOSER

Hello a Canadian flag painted on the rock.

See the veining on all the rocks gorgeous.

another lovely body of water it's everywhere.

Lots of swampy areas, the lungs of our earth.

Thousand of water lilies all the way..

Boaters out all day fishing cruising the rivers

I love that veining in the rocks. Wouldn't something a bit like that make a fabulous background on a piece of art work? Julie Ann xx

Hi Dianne, I just got in and saw your lovely comment on my blog. Now, Shrink Plastic: I have found that Polyshrink is a good one because it does not get all curled round and stuck together as some kinds do. Not sure what kind you have, but it can be stressful if when you heat your SP it won't flatten out. I use alcohol inks, as I like the way they colour the plastic, but you can use acrylics or markers, I believe. You have to be careful the acrylics don't blister when you heat the plastic so don't apply too thick. Also the colour darkens on heating. Do hope this isn't too long-winded and that it helps. Let me know how you get on if you do try SP. Happy creating, my lovely cousin! xxx Julie Ann
